Talk your way out of stress
People who are able to communicate better have healthier relationships. They also tend to have better social support and less conflict in their lives. When it comes to strees, don't keep it all for yourself! Don't hold all your feelings within! Discuss your stressful life with someone you truly trust and someone who listens without being judgmental or pressuring you to their own point of view. Even it cannot change the immediate situation, talking about stress helps alleviate some of the tension you may be feeling.
There is no 'face' thing, you can talk about your negative feelings:- feeling of loneliness, feeling of low self-worth, feeling of sadness, any worry and fear, these can cause a lot of emotional stress in our lives. You will fee better to let it out, sometimes your friend can share your view and come up with supports you both need. if you do not have such friends, you can try to: write it out, exercise or hit a pillow.
