Learn to balance your life.
Life is stressful!! Please make sure you're spending appropriate time on each area of your life to minimise your stress. Don't spend all your time at work, and don't load up all your free time with different activities. Once we do not have any time to relax, we are more likely to become stressed.?
A great way to balance your daily life is to mark on a calendar at the beginning of each month/or each week: which days you will work effectively, which days you will be spending time on yourself, which days you are resevered to meet up with your friends, and which days you're spending more time with your partner. If you have kids, you should also add days for spending time just with your kids as a family. ? Spending quality time with everyone makes sure that no one is left out and it will bring you a more balanced life than just being with your kids or partner.
You do not have to stick to the exact date you have designed in the beginning of the month. Some days we feel more effective a work, whereas others, we just need a break. As long as you keep the ration and make sure that you do different things with different people, and keep some time for yourself.YOu will be amazed to see some simple change will reduce your stress in life.
