How to survive a relationship breakdown?
There are many kinds of relationships - parental, friends, family and love. We go through many parts of all these relationships. Where good and bad moments are part of our life, these can affect our relationships. Most of us can be broken down in most of the types except those of love. How can we survive a breakdown in love relationship?
The more you love, the higher will be the shock. The closer you are, the break up will give you more sadness or even a depression. ItĄ¯s all down to personality. There are some who expect the relationship to break sooner or later. They are pessimists and call themselves practical. These people are never surprised if the relationship breaks. They may wonder about the reasons but will not suffer trauma.
There are people who believe in love from the first sight and that they are made for each other and that the relationship, the loyalty and the faithfulness will last for the life and if possible beyond. When, somehow they relationship cannot last, they suffer very bad trauma. They will never believe that this could ever happen and all their life they will spend wondering how it happened. People who fall into depression because they lost their loved one usually need psychiatric help. They may never recover without it. Sometime we cannot control it. All faith in life and everyone is lost.
Relationship is a beautiful experience. It makes us happy. We need to be very careful in giving all our faith in new met person. First thing is to feel comfortable with trust. More attracted we are, the higher risk.When we lost a friend or a partner ¨C a conversation with close friend or family can help a lot. DonĄ¯t keep things inside you. Let others help you by distracting you and helping you find new opportunities ¨C going to a party or holidays with your friends. DonĄ¯t trap yourself alone at home, go out as much as you can. You never know when you will meet your new close friend.
